Loved this piece as it was for me and represents a symbol of my life.
This pendant is very pretty but suspiciously thin. I ordered 14k gold but there is nowhere on this pendant that states that. I know Amagold is made in Brazil, but if it's sold in the US ,it must say 14k gold on the product. The only mention of what this was was a statement in the paperwork that said " 18k metal ". Seriously? I've bought 14k gold from several other countries ( and the US ) my whole life and never once has it said it was "18k metal". Unfortunately I was out of town when it arrived and didn't open it for a while, so I missed the 7 day cut-off for a refund, and couldn't download my receipt for some reason. So I'm out of luck. Really disappointed because it's a beautiful piece. Should have paid attention to the reviews!

When I opened the box and looked inside, the small yellow box with the ribbons had been undone and the small brown jewel box holding the pendant looked like it had been tossed around some. The "Tree of Life" pendant was way too flimsy for 14k gold, and there is no maker's mark on the pendant anywhere stating it is solid 14k gold. I'm was very disappointed and would like to return the pendant.
The seller processed and delivered the item quickly HOWEVER..This is advertised and priced as "solid 14k gold" and has NO HALLMARK. It is against the law to sell gold without a hallmark indicating what carat gold was used. There are no marks of any kind on this piece and in the United States than means it is NOT GOLD.
I love the design, a bit thin, but you get what you paid for!
