I hate to hurt a small business - so this is the first negative review I've ever left on Etsy. I ordered cute little gold and enamel daisy earrings. I got very different (and to me not very attractive) earrings instead - totally different than what I ordered. The seller agreed that she sent the wrong earrings, but when I asked for an exchange she said she didn't have the ones I ordered. So why did you sell them to me? She was slow to provide another option for exchange, and when she did the links wouldn't work. When I asked for photos she sent me a picture of earrings that were - again - nothing like what I bought. Finally, I asked for a refund, and sent back the earrings. She did give me the refund (after having to ask again where it was). Needless to say - not a good experience.
They were great my daughter loved them for my grandaughter
